Our certifications in CHEST and CHESP from the Association for the Health Care Environment signify that our professional technicians have achieved one of the highest certifications possible that allow us to provide services in the area of health care environmental cleaning. The CHESP demonstrates mastery in the environment of care, while the CHEST certification demonstrates mastery of health care environmental services technician responsibilities. We are proud to be staffed with certified professionals in the health care environment arena.

AMS utilizes standard operating procedures which include a comprehensive program that provides the management controls to ensure operational efficiency, quality assurance, cost control, and staff development. AMS was first designated as CIMS with Honors Certified and CIMS-GB with Honors Certified in 2017 and has continued to achieve this level every two years since. This firmly establishes AMS as an industry-recognized high-performance, customer-focused cleaning organization. CIMS provides third-party analysis and validation of our organization’s achievement regarding quality and process improvement. At the time of our first certification, fewer than 150 janitorial companies (out of an estimated 60,000) nationwide have successfully achieved this recognition.

 We are an IICRC Certified Firm.

The IICRC has established recognized standards for inspection, cleaning, restoration, and installation industries, and serves as the foundation for basic principles of proper cleaning and restoration practices. Companies that are IICRC certified are expected to uphold a high level of integrity and excellence.~~

The ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) is one of the most recognized providers of certification and education in the professional cleaning industry. As members of ISSA’s CMI, we have access to the latest knowledge and professional training in the industry, and we utilize this information to make sure that we are ahead of the competition. It has been especially useful in keeping up-to-date with the latest information on cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting during the pandemic.

In addition to our ISSA-CMI membership, we are also members of the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), NFIB, Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, and hold an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. We are also members of The Janitorial Store, which provides us with resources for training, bidding, and estimating—so you can know that our estimates are backed by industry standards.
