Advanced Maintenance Solutions was founded in 1992. The company began as a small, residential cleaning service but grew and expanded to meet the need for commercial cleaning in the Fox Valley. Businesses were struggling to find quality cleaning contractors that they could trust and depend on. This need created the foundation for what Advance Maintenance Solutions has become.

We have evolved into the area’s recognized leader of managed commercial cleaning and facility services. AMS has been recognized as a Wisconsin Department of Commerce Woman-Owned Business Enterprise, a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise, and an IICRC Certified Firm.

AMS ranks in the top 1% of the nation’s janitorial services, earning ISSA’s CIMS (Cleaning Industry Management Standards) Green Building certification. This industry certification, which is third party audited by our nation’s largest and most respected industry association, demonstrates that AMS utilizes best management practices and standard operating procedures in all areas of our business. These include Human Resources, Service Delivery, Quality Control, Safety, Health & Environmental, and Management Commitment. We are also an IICRC Certified Firm, A+ Members of BBB, and are consistently recognized as Best of the Best Cleaning Service, just to name a few of our achievements. Our memberships include the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, BSCAI (Building Service Contractor Association, Intl) and ISSA (International Sanitary Supply Association).
